Uncle Milton Toy Review

National Geographic Wild Puzzles and Games

August 26, 2012

It's week 3 of our Uncle Milton National Geographic toy review, and this week we brought things indoors to explore some quiet time puzzles and games.

First up this time was the Uncle Milton Nat Geo Wild Four classic Card Games. Recommended for ages 5 and up, this tin included games like Crazy Apes (crazy 8's), Go Divin' (go fish), King of the Jungle (war), and Old Ellie (old maid). What really impressed me about this game set was that the cards are a little sturdier than your standard playing cards, and bigger too. So much easier for little hands to play with.  The wildlife pictures are amazing! We had just as much fun looking at the photos and learning the names of the animals.

Next up was the Uncle Milton Nat Geo Wild Foil Puzzle Shark Reef. This one was also recommended for ages 5 and up. Again the pieces are sturdier than your typical cardboard puzzle. I'll admit this one is still a work-in-progress for us, as my 6 year old and I have not finished it yet. I'm sure the finished product will be awesome. Best thing about both of these games was that they are packaged in nice tin boxes that will last.

These Uncle Milton National Geographic toys and games and more are available online at Barnes & Noble.
