We specialize in an all-digital print process called direct to garment (DTG) printing. It is very different from screen printing in that our ink is embedded right into the fibers of the shirt rather than sitting on top. Because of this our prints will never crack or peel with time. Nor do we charge by the numbers of colors in a design. This digital process also allows us to have zero set up fees, zero art work charges and super-fast turnaround. With this print process the color of the shirt affects how the print will look on top of it as the inks are essentially dying the fibers of the garment. Because of this white shirts work perfectly to show a full range of colors while shirts darker than all the print colors require a special layer of white ink under the print colors for white or any color lighter than the shirt color to show up. Black shirts for example would always require this special ink layer while red shirts can show colors like black but would require the special layer to show white and other lighter colors. This additional layer of ink is known as DTG-W, versus the standard DTG print which will have no white ink in the print. This print does cost a bit more due to the added materials used and time it takes for production.
